As announced at the beginning of the year, school meals (breakfast and lunch) will be offered to all students at no cost as a result of COVID-19 support for families. This benefit is made possible by regulatory flexibilities offered by the US Department of Agriculture as a result of the federal government's COVID-19 response. 


Now is the time to complete the household school meal application to determine eligibility for SY 2021-2022 P-EBT benefits. Complete and submit the attached  form to the Child Nutrition department before January 10, 2022 to demonstrate eligibility for 2021-2022 P-EBT.

As another layer of communication, Lumberton ISD will be adding text messaging capabilities to SchoolMessenger, the system we use now for phone calls and emails. The system will be configured to send text messages to cell phone numbers whose recipients have agreed to receive them and are associated with a student or staff member.

Lumberton ISD has been made aware a teacher at Lumberton Middle School has been exposed to the COVID-19 Coronavirus.

Due to the Stay at Home orders imposed by Hardin County Judge McDaniel, Lumberton ISD will extend our school closure until April 10, 2020

The LISD Special Programs Department will be hosting a positive behavior support night on December 1, 2021. Please see the flyer for all the details!
